Nanihaal — Shipping, Delivery & COD Policy

🛒 Shipping Charges (based on weight)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

• COD payments are accepted only if the total invoice value is between ₹ 500 and ₹ 3,999.

• For orders with bill value under ₹ 500 (with COD), a shipping/handling charge of ₹ 50 will be applicable.

• You will pay in cash directly to the courier person upon delivery.

Order Tracking & Shipment Notifications

• Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.

• You can use the tracking number on the courier partner’s website to trace your order.

• The tracking number will also be visible under “Order Status” in your Nanihaal account page (My Account → Orders).

• Please note: sometimes the tracking number may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s tracking system — this is normal.

Delivery Time (Local or Standard Delivery)

• We process and dispatch orders as soon as they are confirmed.

• For customers within applicable local-delivery zones (if defined) — delivery is typically within 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

• For all other deliveries across India, the standard delivery timeline remains 1–7 days (as given in our Terms of Use).

What happens if you are unavailable at time of delivery?

• Our delivery partners will attempt up to three delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse.

• If a delivery attempt fails, you will receive a “We missed you” notice (or equivalent) from the courier.

• Please contact the courier using the number provided on that notice to rearrange delivery at your convenience.
