We have a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only on unopened and unused items.
To be eligible for a return:
Product must be unused and unopened.
Product must be returned in its original packaging.
A copy of the original invoice must be sent along with the product.
Please ensure safe and secure packing for return transit so the original packaging is not damaged.
Nanihaal reserves the right to reject any return request if:
The product packaging is opened or altered
The product shows signs of use
The returned item is damaged due to improper packing
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued minus shipping charges.
Orders placed using coupon codes or special offers cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
For products purchased on discount, refunds will be issued as Nanihaal store credit / gift coupons, which can be used on future purchases.
For products bought on MRP (no discount):
Refund will be issued via the same mode of payment used during purchase.
If paid by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or Wallet, the same will be refunded to that payment source.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned goods reach us and pass quality inspection.
All returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
The final decision for approval or rejection of a return request rests with Nanihaal.
We request the customer to carefully check the order and delivery details before initiating a return. Most issues are resolved via support without the need for a return.
